AGREEMENT

By accessing or purchasing from selarionstudios.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

ORDERS & PRICING

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after charging you, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PAYMENT

Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe, Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards; we do not store card data.

SHIPPING

We ship within the United States and internationally. Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders; see the announcement bar for current thresholds. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered items in original condition with tags attached, within 14 days of the delivery date. Final-sale and limited-edition items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, contact us at orders@selarionstudios.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including but not limited to photographs, graphics, text, product names, and the Selarion Studios wordmark — is the property of Selarion Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selarion Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
